About us
One place to see your Hindi text in every style
HindiFontGen is a free tool that shows your Hindi text in 61 Devanagari fonts side by side, so you can pick a look and save it as an image. Built by Ali Hamza.
Why HindiFontGen exists
Finding a good Hindi font usually means opening a dozen different sites, typing the same words again and again, and still not knowing how your real phrase will look. Conjuncts, matras and the shirorekha can look very different from one font to the next, so judging a font by a single sample letter does not work.
HindiFontGen fixes that. You type your own text once, and the page shows it in every font at the same time. Then you adjust size and colours, add an effect if you like, copy the text, or download a PNG or a transparent PNG for Instagram, WhatsApp, Canva, posters and thumbnails.
The tool is free, needs no sign-up, and works on phones as well as computers.
What we stand for
Real Unicode, not tricks
Your text stays normal Unicode Devanagari. Only the typeface changes, so what you copy always works in any app.
Your text stays with you
Previews and PNG creation run in your browser, and we do not save what you type on a server. See the Privacy Policy.
Open-licensed fonts only
Every font comes from Google Fonts, and each card links to the font's own page so you can read the licence and download it.
Honest about limits
The tool does not install fonts or keep the font when you paste text elsewhere. We say so clearly, and the PNG is there for when the exact look matters.
